From my early days as a business analyst to leading teams as Chief Development Officer at Brewer Science — where I spent over a decade launching products, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth — I’ve always been most energized by the human side of business. Developing talent, building the right teams, and helping individuals grow both personally and professionally was never just part of my job. It was my calling.
That clarity led me to The Entrepreneur’s Source®, where I now work as a Career Ownership Coach®. I partner with professionals who are ready to stop settling and start betting on themselves — guiding them through the process of exploring business ownership so they can find their best fit and build a future where they’re the boss.
I bring something to this work that I believe matters: I’m not just a coach with a framework. I’m someone who has lived inside organizations at every level, understands what it feels like to be stuck, and knows firsthand what it takes to build something that works — and that lasts.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on a trail, a bike path, or a running route — or planning my next Disney trip with my three kids and two grandkids.
